Our cornmeal is stone ground. It is left raw to preserve all the properties of the germ, the heart of the grain from which it is made.
It is a flour rich in starch and protein, perfect for preparing polenta and for obtaining crunchy and golden breading.

Packaged in a protective atmosphere to best preserve all the aromas and flavours.
