Our Fioretto is corn flour obtained by grinding the heart of the grain to obtain a very fine, almost impalpable granule.
It is excellent for preparing fragrant biscuits and delicate desserts, but also for soft and fluffy polenta.

Packaged in a protective atmosphere to best preserve all the aromas and flavours.
