Carnaroli rice


Short description in english

Carnaroli is the finest Italian quality, born from field research to obtain the excellence of the bean. Its grain is large and elongated. Its consistency is expressed in its excellent cooking resistance and makes it particularly suitable for creamy risottos, in which it gives its best by amalgamating aromas and flavours.

Stored in a protective atmosphere to best preserve all the aromas and flavours.

The processing
Our rice is selected with care: an optical reader filters only the whole grains with the best colouring, to ensure high quality and uniform ripening. Of all our harvest, only 60% is selected to reach your table!
