Arborio rice


Short description in english

Arborio rice owes its name to a town in the province of Vercelli, where the agronomist who created this variety was born. It has the largest grains of all, has a good cooking resistance and is extremely versatile; that is why it has always been much loved.

Packaged in a protective atmosphere to best preserve all the aromas and flavours.

The processing
Our rice is selected with care: an optical reader filters only the whole grains with the best colouring, to ensure high quality and uniform ripening. Of all our harvest, only 60% is selected to reach your table!
