Carnaroli Berneri was born between Zerbo, Spessa and San Zenone al Po (PV, Italy), lands bordered by the great river Po, naturally devoted to rice cultivation.
By tasting its long, firm beans, one immerses oneself in the history of these places, the cradle of starred chefs and connoisseurs of good food, and one is surrounded by the love for the land that has accompanied the Berneri family since 1910. An indissoluble bond that continues today in the choice to cultivate with traditional methods, with natural fertilizers, limiting the use of pesticides.
